Here is some basic information about facility use at Cedar Grove:

• Facility use must be requested no more than six months in advance and no less than two weeks in advance in order for staff to have time to review requests.

• It is the expectation that those requesting use of the facility are responsible for the set up, clean up, and resetting of the area used. 

• Approved facility use will be assigned space on a first-come-first-served basis. 

• Depending on the size and scope of your request you may be assigned a staff liaison to oversee your event.
